Touring Regal Zero Tolerance Policy

Purpose

To ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients utilizing Touring Regal’s point-to-point logistics and rental services by strictly prohibiting any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct.

Scope

This policy applies to all customers and clients using Touring Regal’s services.

Policy

1. Customer Behavior:

  • Customers must treat chauffeurs and staff with respect and courtesy at all times.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abuse (verbal, physical, or emotional) towards chauffeurs or staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Customers must adhere to the terms of service, including the proper use and care of rented vehicles.
  • Obscenity, obscene scenes, nudity, abuse of alcohol, and sexual conduct are strictly prohibited in or around rented vehicles.

2. Reporting Incidents:

  • Any incidents of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct must be reported immediately to Touring Regal’s customer service via email at customerservices@touringregal.com.
  • Reports must include the following key elements:
    • Invoice Number
    • Credit Card Holder Name
    • Confirmation Number
    • Date of the Event
    • Phone Number or Contact Information
  • Reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially, with appropriate actions taken to address the issue.

3. Disciplinary Actions:

  • Violation of this policy by customers may result in termination of services, bans from future rentals, and legal action if necessary.
  • Customers will be financially liable for any damage to the vehicle due to negligence or misuse.
  • Any damage to the vehicle or property during the trip must be reported immediately. Please email us at customerservices@touringregal.com with the following details:
    • Invoice Number
    • Credit Card Holder Name
    • Confirmation Number
    • Date of the Event
    • Phone Number or Contact Information
    • Description of the damage

4. Violence and Emergencies:

  • In case of any violence or severe trouble, contact emergency services immediately by dialing 9-1-1.
  • Additionally, notify Touring Regal's customer service at customerservices@touringregal.com as soon as it is safe to do so.

5. Vehicle Use and Safety:

  • Customers must follow all local traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
  • Any damage to the vehicle due to negligence or misuse by the customer will result in financial liability.
  • Chauffeurs must ensure that all safety features are functioning and that the vehicle is in good condition before each trip.
